In November 2000, as the
assets of Rotary Rocket were sold off in order to pay outstanding tax bills, the Sikorsky
S-58 was bought by a group in Texas who were in the process of restoring another S-58 that
had actually flown in Vietnam. Rotary's was bought to provide a source of spare parts, and
